Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of soulties.us, operated by SoulTies, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization (Tax ID 99-1986953). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Purchases

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms. We may cancel and refund any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Title passes on delivery to the carrier.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

We ship from the US; free shipping applies over $75. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition — email hello@soulties.us to start one. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Charitable allocations

A documented share of each purchase funds humanitarian projects through vetted NGO partners, and 100% of profits are donated. Project attributions shown at purchase reflect our current allocation plan; where a project becomes fully funded or infeasible, we redirect funds to the nearest equivalent need and document the change in our public ledger. Purchases are not tax-deductible except any separately stated donation portion; direct donations through Zeffy are tax-deductible and receipted.

Donations

Direct donations are processed by Zeffy under its own terms. Donation receipts are issued by Zeffy on our behalf.

Acceptable use & content

Do not misuse the site (scraping at abusive rates, attempting to breach security, submitting unlawful content). Site content, product designs, and branding are ours or our licensors' and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the transaction giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
