How to Volunteer or Help SoulTies Right Now

We know what it feels like to scroll past photos of bombed homes, empty dinner tables, or parents who have nothing left to give their children. To whisper a prayer, close the app, and feel the ache of wondering, Is this really all I can do?

We know it because that’s exactly where SoulTies began: two people sitting at a kitchen table, feeling useless, angry, and desperate to do something — anything — that might matter to someone, somewhere.

At first, it felt small. Too small to fix anything. But then small actions turned into bigger ones. A few bracelets turned into full tables at Ramadan markets. Quiet donations turned into food for families who had none. A message shared with one friend reached a hundred more.

SoulTies has never been about having everything figured out. It’s about refusing to stand still while people suffer alone. It is built on the simple truth that together, even the smallest hands can lift something heavy.

So if you have ever wondered how to help, here it is: you don’t have to be perfect, or rich, or free every weekend. You just have to care enough to show up with what you have.

1. Offer Your Time

If you have an hour, we have a job for it.

  • Pack orders during a big launch.
  • Help set up and run our booth at events and Ramadan bazaars.
  • Organize community drop-offs or pick-ups for donations.
  • Join brainstorming sessions for future projects.

There’s no minimum commitment. Sometimes even one night of help keeps everything moving.

2. Use Your Voice

Some of our biggest breakthroughs happened because someone shared a story at the right time. A repost, a quick text in a family group chat, a mention at your masjid or school — it reaches more people than we ever could alone.

Your voice builds trust. Your voice reminds people that behind SoulTies are real people doing real work, not just a faceless page online.

3. Donate What You Can

No amount is too small. Some donors skip one coffee a week and give that instead. Some buy one bracelet and share why they did. It all adds up to meals, medical aid, shelter, and hope.

Every piece of SoulTies merchandise is more than an accessory — it is trust wrapped around your wrist or draped over your shoulders.

4. Pray for the Work

Prayer is not a last resort for us. It is the quiet backbone of everything we do. When our energy runs out, when plans fall apart, when costs rise higher than funds, prayer holds us steady.

Your prayers for the people we serve, for our team’s honesty and stamina, and for every project’s success mean more than you see.

5. Stay Close

Keep reading. Keep asking questions. Keep checking in. Sign up for our newsletter. Watch our video updates. Comment. Share your ideas. Correct us when we slip.

This is a living, breathing community. It stays strong because you stay close.

One Small Act, One More Tie

We built SoulTies on tiny actions stacked on top of each other: two people, then ten, then hundreds. This is how change happens: one bracelet wrapped, one dollar given, one new person who refuses to stand still.

If you have ever felt helpless in the face of suffering, know this: you are not powerless. Not here. Not anymore.

You’re welcome here, exactly as you are, for as much or as little as you can give.
